Andrew is a Director of a number of private start up companies including many Sparkbox portfolio entities. He is Principal of Blue Limited, a private investment company that provides development resources to private companies in the start up and recovery phases. He co-founded Sparkbox in 2001.
Andrew is a Solicitor and Chartered Accountant with professional services consultancy and global investment banking experience and is currently a Director with Credit Suisse based in London. He contributes expertise in legal matters, deal structuring, angel financing and strategic planning to Sparkbox portfolio companies.
He is a member of a number of professional bodies including the Institute of Directors.
Greg is an experienced IT professional and executive with more than 25 years working in NZ, Australia, Asia and the US. He was involved in setting up Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics in NZ, and has worked for these companies in NZ and overseas in executive management and international forums.
He has founded three consulting companies primarily active in the IT sector across Australasia with clients including government departments and Top 10 listed companies.
Greg, based in Auckland, heads up the investment committee for Sparkbox and provides expertise in sales, marketing, operations management and company strategy to portfolio companies.
Henry was a co-founder of Sparkbox in 2001. He has co-founded a number of successful start up companies across a range of industries including Snowplanet Limited (leisure) and Connovation Limited (conservation). He is the principal of Tingwall Capital Ltd, which provides development, expansion and succession capital for management, new products and private companies.
He is also director of Todd Capital Limited, a private investor in telecommunications, media and property sectors in New Zealand and Australia; Todd Energy, an NZ integrated energy company; and The Todd Corporation Limited.
