Business incubator Icehouse has just launched a new "Start up Fund" aimed to provide early funding for New Zealand entrepreneurs. The Fund is being managed by Sparkbox Investments, in conjunction with partners K1W1 and NZ VIF's Seed Co-Investment Fund
