What do we offer

Capital

We invest our own capital with you rather than in managed funds. We typically invest from $250,000 to $500,000 for first round financing, allowing us to provide additional financing over the life of the investment if required.

Speed

One of our differentiators is being able to make quick decisions with a small team of investor/managers.

Assistance

We provide more than just capital. We sit on the Board of our investments though we do not wish to control management. We assist with strategic and financial decisions, sourcing of management, provide high level contacts with partners and customers, the development of sales and marketing channels and the negotiation of subsequent funding rounds or liquidity event.
